EarthBody: Embodied Feminine Leadership is a Year Long OR 6-Week Cycle mentorship for women-identified folx who are committed to stepping into feminine leadership and love with their WHOLE-BODY - re-remembering and reclaiming their truth and alignment with life and love with a full-body yes!!! It’s about stepping into your erotic life and the feminine leader you already are but may have forgotten or have lost your way.

EarthBody is an initiation into your deeper life, your body intelligence, your deep body, your deep psyche, the collective soul psyche, your deep feminine, your personal feminine brilliance, gifts of service, leadership and love. Yes, all of that! .

Our body is an intelligent organism just like Mama Earth, yet we are so DISCONNECTED from our bodies, and most of us from the earth too. All that we see and don’t see, all that we know and don’t know is reflected and accessed at the center of our own body, however, people live their life from their minds and forget about the intelligence of the body. The mind is a part of the body but we let our lives be ruled by the mind, which is a big problem in today's society.

Our body, like the Earth, is the keeper of memory and where we experience this life! It is where we hold our traumas, histories and mysteries. When we want to know how we evolved as a species we dig into the Earth. And, when we want to understand how each of us as an individual has evolved, we excavate our bodies. I invite you to join me on embodied journey to Feminine Leadership and Love.

In our rushing and uber busy world, that lacks connection and community, and is hooked on technology, it is easy to lose ourselves and be disconnected from our bodies.

Our body is our temple and we need to take care of our body so that our soul wants to live there. In EarthBody: Embodied Feminine Leadership, we take a somatic (soma=body) approach to the many layers of your deeper life using the deep-body model and your moment to moment awareness to address your history in the present for whole-body healing and transformation. We literally excavate and unearth layers of body memory and patterns and transmute your discoveries into personal power, leadership and love-revealing your feminine brilliance and gifts.

When your 'Herstory' and the layers of the body are contacted and invited to move with fluidity, expression and interaction, it opens up access to your deeper knowing.

This mentorship is about unearthing your truth and fullest expression and living it in the world. It is about the archeology of the body and soul and being powerfully authentic, uniquely YOU! welcoming you home to your wholeness. Wholeness happens when we unite and merge all parts of ourselves: body, psyche, soul, spirit, past with present, body with Earth.
