Principle-Based Partner Yoga
Principle-Based Partner Yoga is for anybody: singles or couples who want to deepen connection, promote laughter, get creative, stimulate communication and play with form and energy using our bodies and using universal principles of trust, love, compassion, community, union, grounding, surrender, silence, intimacy, balance, creativity and touch. We do all that while deeply connecting with another.
If you want to try something new and life changing, experience oneness and connection through the creative healing art of Principle-Based Partner Yoga. Partner yoga teaches us how to be authentic and true to ourselves
while we relate to others. This powerful practice demonstrates how we can become more authentic and empowered through our willingness to join and share with others and with the world around us. You will learn more about yourself through the honest reflection of another. Each class will have one or more of the following: Assisted Yoga postures, Mirrored Yoga Postures, Creative Partner Postures, Group Postures, Partner Vinyasa, Restorative Partner Postures, Ariel Postures, Thai Massage all while integrating the aforementioned universal principles. No yoga experience is necessary. Just an open mind and an open heart!
