EMBODIMENT/DANCE CIRCLES:

-NEXT EMBODIMENT/DANCE CIRCLE IS MARCH 19TH, 7:00-8:30 PM. Will be on-line
Women's Embodiment Circles are gatherings that are open to female-identified women from all walks of life. It is an opportunity to deepen connections to all relationships in your life, an invitation to journey into the depths of your own nature, eros, body and soul through guided facilitation, dance, movement, sound and breath. Get ready for monthly dancing and nourishment into the deep body within the lens of a different relationship each month.You'll learn to connect body and psyche in a new ways.

The intention of this group is to unearth your body's intelligence, cultivate consciousness, restore your body and soul, create community, and celebrate the mysteries and life through dance and movement as medicine. These circles are a safe, supportive space for you to dance and move to experience full-body and soul aliveness and expression in which ever way you choose.

Monthly circle gatherings are held as a strong container for you to explore relationships between yourself and your: body, sexuality, love, soul, partner, purpose, belonging, ancestors, spirituality, truth, work in the world, emotions, Earth, and time, to name a few. Each month a different relationship is explored. Relationships are everything as we are in relationship with everything around us.

Come join the Women's Embodiment Circles! No prior dance experience necessary. All levels are welcome.

WOMB CIRCLES: Women Connecting & Supporting Women

-NEXT WOMB CIRLCE IS 10th, 7-9:00 PM.
-THEM IS: the idea of power and where do you feel powerful and where have you been giving your power away and what might you need to do to gain your power back.
-We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of every month.

These circles are about creating a local community of women to share wisdom, stories and support. It's about feminine empowerment and gathering with other like-minded women to be fully heard, seen and supported in this thing we call LIFE-through our struggles, conflicts, challenges, frustrations and broken hearts, as well as in our joy and aspirations.

All women are welcome. If you have been feeling isolated and want to embody more love, connection, and feminine power, I invite you to join us.

Within every woman,

there is a wild and natural creature,
a powerful force filled with good instincts,
passionate creativity and ageless knowing.
Her name is Wild Woman
but, she is an endangered species.

"My mission is to make sure that she does not go extinct!"

Topics will vary ranging from relationship, love, health, intimacy, career, purpose, wants, needs, desire, ambitions, and much more. Each circle will have meditation, sound healing followed by some movement before getting into our juicy topic of the evening.

The flow of the monthly Womb Circles is as follows:

7:00 - 7:20: Meet, light snacks and tea.
7:20 - 7:45: Circle up, meditation & movement
7:45 - 8:00: Sound healing
8:00- 8:45: Sharing
8:45-9:00 Closing

Your LOVE STORY is one the greatest stories of your life! Are you ready to take an 'embodied journey’ through dance, movement, sound, breath, storytelling and ritual, to more fully understand and integrate your LOVE STORY in an deeply nourishing and new way?

You may or may not know the depths of your love story. You may have a lot of insight already to a version that has unfolded thus far. Maybe your love story is ready to shift in ways you never thought imaginable. Would you like to learn more, deepen, transform or shift your love story?

When you dive into the mysteries that are held in the deep-body, anything is possible. Are you open to spark a conversation with all the layers of your body to receive - through its aliveness, it's sacredness and knowingness, and through movement- the soft whisper of your love story?

In your love story, is there a fierceness or a tenderness? Is there a longing for a love that you have not touched; a shying away from or going toward? Is it soft and velvety or rigid and reaching or receiving? Is it erotic? How does it feel in your body when you are met the way you truly want to be met? Can you touch it; taste it? Do you make time for it? When you remove the vails, remove the protective skins, is there an ecstaticness, sadness or joy for that which you are experiencing or have experienced so far? Allow yourself to be touched by love. Do you feel yourself slipping into the abyss of loneliness or emerging? Together, lets's discover and express!

Participants will learn to unearth their body’s intelligence, deepen relationship to body, earth, self and other, connect body and psyche in new ways, have a deeper understanding of how they give and receive love, AND transform their experience of love and loving.

No prior dance experience necessary. Just an open mind, heart and curiosity.

"LOVE YOURSELF TO THE BONE- A PATHWAY TO EXTRAORDINARY PARTNERSHIP AND INTIMACY" -a Tantric perspective

Women of all orientations, identities, and practices are warmly welcome.

In Tantra, we use a term called EROS. It is a river of energy that runs though us. In my years of experience working with women as their love and sexuality mentor, there is a common thread: they have something that blocks that river from flowing freely. What might yours be? What is stopping you from getting the love you want?

It is time, NOW, to call in the highest version of ourselves in love and in partnership.

IN THIS WORKSHOP WE WILL:
-identify the blocks that keep your energy river from flowing freely in getting the love you want.

-look at some of the masks that you wear that keep you from authentically being you (if you are not being authentic, you are not being true to yourself or your partner).

-do Emotional Freedom Technique "Tapping" When we have a block there is usually an emotion, feeling, or thought associated with that block. We do "Tapping" because it disrupts the energy field associated with that thought (this is very powerful as my clients have said that they have gotten further in one session with me over years of their therapy).

-explore Goddess Archetypes

-dance "SHE Flow" to discover where you have blocks

-experience sound healing and mantra

-be in sister circle (a safe space to show up and be welcomed as you are, be seen, heard, felt, acknowledged, and appreciated)

-Practice asana to awaken our connection to self
